CleanGrip® 111: CleanGrip® 111 is an alumina based, nonskid coating designed to reduce the slipperiness of shipping containers by providing excellent slide angles. CleanGrip® 111 has a low pH that does not resolubilize ink and can prevent ink smearing. This product is gluable with both hot melt and cold set glues.

CleanGrip® 2100: CleanGrip® 2100 is a silica based, sprayable nonskid coating designed to reduce the slipperiness of shipping containers by providing excellent slide angles. Because CleanGrip® 2100 is easily cleanable, it takes the worry and mess out of running nonskids. This product is gluable using both hot melt and cold set adhesives.

CleanGrip® 2103: CleanGrip® 2103 is a high solids, sprayable nonskid coating designed to reduce the slipperiness of shipping containers. It provides excellent slide angles and meets most demanding specs. Because CleanGrip® 2103 is easily cleanable, it takes the worry and mess out of running nonskids. This product is both hot melt and cold set gluable.

Coating X300™ AF: Coating X300™AF provides high levels of water resistance and good moisture resistance for kraft paper. Coating X300™ AF protects food products from excessive moisture, freezer burn, and sticking. When diluted for mill application, it is an economical sizing agent. Gluability with hot melt adhesives is excellent, but cold set gluing is not recommended.

Coating X300™ Plus: Coating X300™ Plus provides high levels of water resistance and good moisture resistance for kraft paper with improved water resistance over Coating X300™. Coating X300™ Plus protects food products from excessive moisture, freezer burn, and sticking. Gluability with hot melt adhesives is excellent, but cold set gluing is not recommended.

FibreMax® 105B: FibreMax® 105B is a new alternative to paraffin wax for treating medium. It is a repulpable, machine ready, fiber treatment that increases the strength of paper and corrugated containers under humid conditions. FibreMax® 105B should not interfere with gluability.

FibreMax® 5000: FibreMax® 5000 is a new alternative to paraffin wax for treating medium. It is a repulpable, machine ready fiber treatment with the added benefit of water resistance. FibreMax® 5000 should not interfere with gluability.

GlossCoat™ 100 BL: GlossCoat™ 100BL is a fully formulated, flexo appliable nonskid coating designed for kraft, mottled and bleached substrates.

HydraBan® 1000AF: HydraBan® 1000AF is an economical water based treatment for kraft paper. It imparts a high degree of water repellency, is printable and gluable.

HydraBan® 708: HydraBan® 708 is an economical, water based treatment for kraft paper. It imparts a high degree of water repellency, is printable and gluable. It can be applied at the wet end or dry end of the corrugator, or with an off-line treating operation.

HydroGrease White™ 22: HydroGrease White™ 22 is a white coating which imparts water and grease resistance to your substrate. This coating is hot melt and cold set gluable.

MaxWhite® 17: MaxWhite® 17 is a white coating designed to offer excellent brightness before and after wax. This product is both hot melt and cold set gluable.

Michem® Coat 1547: Michem® Coat 1547 is a machine ready coating which imparts good water, grease and oil resistance to the substrate. This product is heat resistant enough to withstand corrugation and is cold set gluable as well.

Michem® Coat 218CI4AF: Michem® Coat 218CI4AF is a contact type corrosion inhibitor. This coating is used to protect electrical components, metal parts, and sensitive papers. Michem® Coat 218CI4AF must come in direct contact with the corrodible surface in order to protect it. It is gluable with many water based and hot melt adhesives.

Michem® Coat 40 Plus: Michem® Coat 40 Plus is a water-based coating designed to provide good water resistance to corrugated board while being cold set gluable with most adhesives.

Michem® Coat 40EAF: Michem® Coat 40EAF is a versatile water resistant coating which demonstrates some grease resistance as well. It is gluable with a wide range of water based and hot melt adhesives.

Michem® Coat 500: Michem® Coat 500 is a coating which provides very good oil and grease resistance and some water resistance to corrugated substrates. Michem® Coat 500 offers the flexibility of running on both the dry and wet ends of the corrugator. This product is gluable with many cold set and hot melt adhesives and dries to a matte finish.

Michem® Coat 50AFN: Michem® Coat 50AFN is an oil and grease resistant coating which also imparts good water resistance. This product is flexo printable and gluable with a wide range of water based adhesives.

Michem® Coat 95: Michem® Coat 95 is a good multi-purpose coating that provides excellent water, oil and grease resistance. This product is heat sealable and cold set gluable as well.

Michem® Tite 242AF: Michem® Tite 242AF is a coating designed to provide a tenacious bond between corrugated and either Surlyn or polyethylene clear skin pack films, firmly trapping the product in between. It can only be glued with hot melt adhesives, except where the coating has been flexo applied and left off of the areas to be glued.

Michem® Tite 335AF: Michem® Tite 335AF is a coating which bonds corrugated to Surlyn or polyethylene skin pack films, firmly trapping the product in between. Adhesion to most water based or litho inks is excellent, but the inks must be wax-free. This product is hot melt gluable.

Michem® Tite 445AF: Michem® Tite 445AF is a coating which bonds heavily printed corrugated to Surlyn or polyethylene skin pack films, firmly trapping the product in between. Adhesion to most water based or litho inks is excellent, but the inks must be wax-free. Michem® Tite 445AF can only be glued with hot melt adhesives.

Micryl™ 766R: Micryl™ 766R is a water and grease resistance coating that can also function as a low cost, heat resistant gloss overprint. In such applications, Micryl™ 766R can be applied to paper (non-clay coated), film or foil, either over or under glycol or wax-free inks. This product is gluable with cold set and hot melt glues.

Micryl™ 783: Micryl™ 783 is an excellent choice when a water and grease resistant coating is required and in-line coating is not possible. It imparts useful levels of gloss and ink protection. This product is gluable with both hot melt and cold set glues.

MillWhite™ 5: Mill White™ 5 is a general use white coating for non-waxed applications, which has been optimized for printability. This product is both hot melt and cold set gluable.

Nomar™ 70AF: Nomar™ 70AF is a water based, gluable, non-abrasive coating generally used to provide abrasion protection for gas flushed food packaging or small appliances. Nomar™ 70AF is typically applied to the inner package or to shippers and partitions. This product is gluable with both cold set and hot melt glues.

Nomar™ 70AFN: Nomar™ 70AFN is a water based, gluable, non-abrasive coating generally used to provide abrasion protection for gas flushed food packaging or small appliances. It is typically applied to the inner package or to shippers and partitions. It contains no fluorocarbon or PFOA. Nomar™ 70AFN is gluable with both cold set and hot melt glues.

Nomar™ 70THIN: Nomar™ 70THIN is a low viscosity, gluable, non-abrasive coating designed for flexo applications. It is generally used to provide abrasion protection for gas flushed food packaging or small appliances. Nomar™ 70THIN is gluable with both cold set and hot melt glues.

PCL 500: PCL500 is a paper lubricant applied to linerboard at the wet end of the doublebacker. It is designed to reduce hot plate frictional drag and improve board quality. In addition, PCL500 eliminates the smoky vapor cloud at the doublebacker, caused by oil based lubricants. Properly diluted, PCL500 is gluable and printable.

Release Coat® 30: Release Coat® 30 is a lower solids, economical, one component coating that provides superior release for a variety of "sticky" products such as hot asphalt. Because it is a one component release system, it eliminates mixing and leftover material disposal. This product is neither hot melt nor cold set gluable.

Release Coat® 40: Release Coat® 40 is an easy-to-use one component silicone emulsion coating that provides superior release for a variety of "sticky" products such as hot asphalt. Because it is a one component release system, it eliminates mixing and leftover material disposal. This product is neither hot melt nor cold set gluable.

Release Coat® P1: Release Coat® P1 is one part of a two part silicone release coating. A catalyzed release coat system offers superior release and in most cases FDA compliance. This system is not gluable.

Resisto Coat™ 39AF: Resisto Coat™ 39AF provides excellent, economical abrasion protection. It is used throughout the appliance industry as a protective finish on cornerposts and top pads. This product is hot melt gluable only.

Resisto Coat™ PLUS: Resisto Coat™ Plus is a low cost, dilute, non-abrasive coating. It is used throughout the appliance industry as a protective finish on cornerposts and top pads. Resisto Coat™ Plus is gluable only with hot melt adhesives. Cold set adhesives will not bond Resisto Coat ™ Plus.

RodWhite™ 962: RodWhite™ 962 is a white coating designed to be applied by rod coater. It offers excellent brightness on corrugated boxes with wax impregnated medium and hides wax bleed through at the flute tips. RodWhite™ 962 also provides oil and grease resistance and is gluable with both hot melt and cold set glues.

RustBan® 105: RustBan® 105 is a Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor for corugated, solid fiber and other forms of paper board packaging to protect ferrous metals. This product is both hot melt and cold set gluable.

RustBan® 250: RustBan® 250 is a Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor for the protection of ferrous and nonferous metals. This product can be applied to corrugated, solid fiber and other forms of paperboard packaging. RustBan® 250 is both hot melt and cold set gluable.

SofTak® 118: SofTak® 118 is a gluable functional coating which provides non-skid properties with good scuff resistance, water resistance, and moderate oil resistance.

SofTak® 126: SofTak® 126 is a gluable nonskid coating with the added benefit of good scuff and water resistance, oil resistance and a "leather like" feel. This product is effective for slip or tier sheets as well as decorative packaging.

SofTak® 1637: SofTak® 1637 is a gluable nonskid coating with the added benefit of good scuff and water resistance, oil resistance and a "leather-like" feel. This product is also effective for slip or tier sheets.

SofTak® 317: SofTak® 317 is a gluable nonskid coating with excellent angle of skid. These properties are useful for slip or tier sheets, or a variety of other applications requiring a non-skid surface.

SofTak® 326: SofTak® 326 is an excellent nonskid coating that also has a fair amount of water resistance. It is often used on slip/tier sheets or a variety of other applications that require a high COF surface.

StaticBan® 1005N: StaticBan® 1005N is a conductive coating which imparts a reliable, electrically conductive surface around sensitive electronic parts such as integrated circuit chips, circuit boards and other similar items. Because of its exceptional heat resistance an overprint is not necessary. This product is hot melt and cold set gluable.

ThermaGloss® 419: ThermaGloss® 419 is a high heat resistant overprint which imparts excellent gloss to preprinted linerboard while eliminating picking and smearing of the inks through the hot plate section of the corrugator. ThermaGloss® 419 has a reduced angle of skid. ThermaGloss® 419 is not gluable.

ThermaGloss® 420: ThermaGloss® 420 is a high heat resistant overprint which imparts excellent gloss to preprinted liner board while eliminating picking and smearing of the inks through the hot plate section of the corrugator. ThermaGloss® 420 has a reduced angle of skid. This product is not gluable.

ThermaGloss® 420A: ThermaGloss® 420A is a high heat resistant overprint which imparts excellent gloss to preprinted liner board while eliminating picking and smearing of the inks through the hot plate section of the corrugator. ThermaGloss® 420A has a reduced angle of skid. This product is not gluable.

ThermaGloss® 425: ThermaGloss® 425 is a high heat resistant overprint which imparts excellent gloss to preprinted linerboard while eliminating picking and smearing of the inks through the hot plate section of the corrugator. ThermaGloss® 425 has a reduced angle of skid. ThermaGloss® 425 is not gluable.

ThermaGloss® 426: ThermaGloss® 426 is a high heat resistant overprint which imparts excellent gloss to preprinted linerboard while eliminating picking and smearing of the inks through the hot plate section of the corrugator. ThermaGloss® 426 has a reduced angle of skid. This product performs similarly to ThermaGloss® 425 but with the added benefit of FDA compliance (see Food Contact Information). ThermaGloss® 426 is not gluable.

VaporBase™ 1065: VaporBase™ 1065 is a primer designed to be used in tandem with the VaporCoat® series of products. VaporBase™ 1065 works to seal the base substrate allowing the top coat to work more efficiently for best MVTR.

VaporBase™ 1075: VaporBase™ 1075 is a primer designed to be used in tandem with the VaporCoat® series of products as well as others. VaporBase™ 1075 works to seal the base substrate and allow for maximum grease and oil resistance and Cobb performance from the top coat.

VaporCoat® 1500: VaporCoat® 1500 is a coating which provides excellent water, oil and grease resistance along with excellent MVTR properties.

VaporCoat® 1500A: VaporCoat® 1500A is a coating which provides excellent water, oil and grease resistance along with excellent MVTR properties as well.

VaporCoat® 2200R: VaporCoat® 2200R is a coating which provides water and grease resistance and excellent MVTR properties on kraft liner and other substrates. When properly applied over a base coat, this repulpable coating is recommended as a replacement for some curtain coating applications, poly-laminated board and plastic bags.

VaporCoat® 330C: VaporCoat® 330C is a repulpable, printable and cold set gluable moisture vapor coating. Common uses for VaporCoat® 330C include roll wrap, produce boxes, poultry boxes and anywhere packaged goods require protection from water and or moisture vapor.
