Two-component Catalyzed Release Coat® provides superior release for food products, as well as industrial products such as virgin rubber and asphalt. It retains superior release even when dampened by water or humidity.

Catalyst P1: Catalyst P1 is one part of a two part silicone release coating. This coating system provides release for virgin-rubber, asphalt and gum based products from corrugated containers eliminating the need for costly plastic bags. This system is not gluable.

Catalyst P1A: Catalyst P1A is one part of a two part silicone release coating. This coating system provides release for virgin-rubber, asphalt and gum based products from corrugated containers eliminating the need for costly plastic bags. This system is not gluable.

Release Coat® 30: Release Coat® 30 is a lower solids, economical, one component coating that provides superior release for a variety of "sticky" products such as hot asphalt. Because it is a one component release system, it eliminates mixing and leftover material disposal. This product is neither hot melt nor cold set gluable.

Release Coat® 40: Release Coat® 40 is an easy-to-use one component silicone emulsion coating that provides superior release for a variety of "sticky" products such as hot asphalt. Because it is a one component release system, it eliminates mixing and leftover material disposal. This product is neither hot melt nor cold set gluable.

Release Coat® P1: Release Coat® P1 is one part of a two part silicone release coating. A catalyzed release coat system offers superior release and in most cases FDA compliance. This system is not gluable.
